i got my kicks

Ludlow, CA - population 10.

Seriously, 10 people. We ate here, some amazing fried chicken.

Ludlow is a tiny little town off of the historic Route 66 - it has a gas station, restaurant and tire shop. Our waiter looked like a latino Lurch and tried to take money from us. Yeah, it was only a dollar or so but it was the principal you know?

This guy also enjoyed the fine Ludlowian cuisine ---------->

Tour!

Yeah, I just got back from tour. You see, I'm the road dog for this band Bella Novela. Just went out for a week or so, and here are some of my favorite road stories. Check back daily for some new fun and exciting news.

cheers,

dreams are crazy.

so i had this dream last night that i went on this murderous rampage. ME! can you believe it? i am so totally mellow. it must have been the leftover meatloaf that i ate. it smelled a little like cat food, but that is still no reason to throw out perfectly good meatloaf.

anyway, found this picture on my camera this morning.

WAS IT ALL A DREAM? duh duh DUUUUH!

Que-ing it up in the LBC

So there is nothing more summer-esque than the BBQ! I personally have an affinity for chicken, but almost any meat will do me (except for venison and rabbit - you people are sick!).

Seeing how I'm made of plastic and flocking, it is a little difficult to maneuver my way around a Weber grill. My own personal tips for a killer BBQ? Well, stay away from the center of the grill, and get someone else to flip the food for ya.

On the road again....

I had to make a freaking killer drive today from Denver to Long Beach.  Basically, it is 14+ hours of dodging deer, elk, and truckers.  I had to pass through both Arizona and Nevada to get back to California.

Road trips are pretty awesome.
